The Story So Far... I've been going back through old messages to piece things together. It might be useful to those who only joined recently. I definitely haven’t covered everything but these are at least some of the most important events. 1. This all started when there were allegations on the official IC discord of IC misrepresenting the IHF fee structure to Quantfury when they were approached to buy out a large IHF holder who was ready to exit. There were also allegations that the IHF dividends were stored on the private wallet / exchange / bank account of Andrew Knight rather than with the Invictus Hyperion company. 2. Around the same time, we discovered Daniel had been forced to resign. The general story was that Daniel allegedly made a bad trade, and was forced into a room with 12 IC employees and forced to sign a hastily written resignation letter by Steven Williams. DS was told if he didnt sign it he would go to jail- extortion. 3. We learn the identity of the Kalahari (Calamari) company who is actually just a service provider to IC, who are the ones who allegedly forced DS to resign. 4a. The official IC discord server and telegram was wiped clean and shutdown by IC. Who authorized this decision is not clear. This community discord was setup quickly to bring in refugees from the old discord. This is because IC allege DS had ownership of the original discord and wasn't giving it back. 4b. Haydn Hammond takes over as CEO of IC group. To date he has not engaged with this community. 5. A legal letter was sent from Quantfury to Invictus regarding the IHF fee structure, claiming it illegally changed the fee structure from the original offering documents. IC lawyers are yet to properly respond to the claims. 6. Calamari trolls enter the discord under pseudonyms trying to split the community against Lev who brought forward the news about DS resignation and the illegal fee changes. They are unsuccessful in changing the general sentiment around IC. 7. IC fails to manage the crisis and community sentiment is at an all time low regarding trust in the fund management. 8. A few weeks after these events, there are ripples in the crypto ecosystem as the peg of UST teeters. We learn of the large UST exposure in multiple funds. We are assured of a recovery of the peg and if not IC would pull the funds to prevent a drawdown. 9. No such recovery occurs, UST collapses completely and multiple funds have significant drawdowns. A week after the UST collapse, we are informed that IC have lost significant amount of their own capital in addition to the funds losing value. We are told the company is undergoing restructuring and later it is confirmed that IC fires around 60 staff to become a team of 10 or less. 10. Most recently, we are informed that the funds are now frozen for redemptions, and ISG/IBA funds are no longer taking deposits. 11. As of 25 May we are informed that the IBA/ISG funds will be wound down and fund assets sold with remaining amounts to be returned to investors. C10/20 and IHF are expected to continue operating as normal. Addendum: IC refers to the Invictus Capital group of companies, however no one company is Invictus Capital. Hello,

at the second of june the migration of the ihf token should be done.

But if i login to my invictus plattform i ́m not able to claim the token, like it is shown on this website:

all my ihf token are still on eth chain.

is there something i missed? and why it is not possible to reach somebody of invictus itsself? should i just wait a week longer or did something happened i didn ́t noticed?

So according to emails from Invictus and the notice on their website, it appears that they have suspended deposits AND withdrawals from both the Stablecoin Interest (ISG/IML) fund and Bitcoin Alpha (IBA) fund.

I’m not sure of the exact reason, but it appears Invictus has been hit with heavy losses.

Bitcoin Alpha was designed to have no more than 10% drawdown per month, and yet the website is showing a 25% drawdown this month!

This is terrible news for investors. Not sure if or how they will get their investment back.

Does anyone have any more information?
