Credits (CS) is the coin used for transactions on native Credits platform (blockchain). Credits platform solves the two major problems of cryptocurrency for its mainstream adoption as a decentralized financial product. The two problems are slow transaction speeds and transparency. For this purpose, several types of network nodes are used in Credits network. A "Common Node" is the least trusted but participates in transaction verification. The "Trusted Node" has a maximum trust factor. The "Main Node" is responsible for adding transactions to the ledger. Transactions are processed in around 0.1 seconds with a volume of millions of transactions per second.

Credits Platform was founded by Igor Chugunov, the present CEO. The team consists of 43 developers and technical managers, 9 community managers and 8 regional representatives.
