Maecenas (ART) tokens have several other use cases such as the Maecenas platform can be leased to museums for exhibitions. The income generated through this activity is then distributed to the investors, proportional to their investments. The leasing and income generation is carried out using the smart contracts, thus ART tokens are used in this process.
