My dash crypto stopped showing on my coinbase account so I contacted them. They said the coin is geofenced or restricted in the state/country that I reside in and that I need to move it offsite.

Can anyone help with what this means? Do I just send my coins to another platform? Which platform is best for Dash? Thank you.
