What is Nano?

Where to store Nano?

Hi, I am currently testing an idea for a news aggreagating site.

Just go to a news site from the list in the form then choose one of the latest article, copy the title, link and content and post it in the form along with your Nano address.

You get 0.01 Nano for every submission that gets posted on the site. No limit as long as the submission adheres to the requirement. Every accepted submission will be highlighted in green in the sheet linked below.

Hi when I went to check today I no longer have the Nano discord server, and I can't join via the link in the discussion post either.

Does anyone else have this problem or have I been banned by accident?

Hello everyone, here I am again, when I went to Córdoba the other day I suffered a robbery by a "MotoChorro" in which they took my cell phone, documents, one of the two bags with nano merchandise. Well, now I'm fine, I estimate that by the 20th I can resume my activities as an aspiring nano ambassador. Greetings and thank you.

Smaller update this time around. Just two small changes.

No minimum transaction anymore. Due to some technical reasons before there was a 1 Nano minimum. We have worked out a way to remove that restriction. Feel free to use it for even smaller transactions (There's Actually still 500 raw minimum if you want to be pedantic, but that's effectively the same in our book).

We're releasing an API for use in any other services. Check it out here!

Central bank digital currencies will most likely be feeless. But as always, their hidden fee is inflation.

When I found nano in 2021 I loved every aspect of it. Every aspect that is, except it's lack of privacy. I understand why it is the way it is, and I'm not here to argue that. But I've always wanted to be able to send nano without leaking my entire balance.

Well today I'd like to introduce the first step forward in that regard: Nanonymous.cc

It's a simple service that sends nano where you want from wallets that aren't related to yours. This isn't true privacy, but a great step in right direction.

Today we're launching the beta for you all to try. We're hoping to get any feedback and ideas from you during the beta and if all goes well, fully launch around 09/29 12:00 CDT.

The beta will be different from the full service in two ways:

1. There will be no minimum transaction. (Max 1 Nano)
2. There will be no fees.

Ultimately this will be a paid service where a 0.2% percent fee is taken from the transaction (one fifth of one percent). Any dust is truncated from the fee to leave your wallet clean.

Right now we're focused on this simple use case, but we'd love to expand in the future. Please share your ideas and desires here or on our Discord server (you can find the invite link on the website) and we'd love to see what we can do.

Yes, this is a service. But we hope that it's legitimately useful to the nano community. We hope you'll try it out and let us know what you think!
