Hi all,

Someone can explain why i paid $10 000 for 19 829 SMARC that are now worth $1586 if i decide to get money compensation ? I would understand if there was any listing of SMARC token on an exchange and that the price valuation would have fall down on exchanges but SMARC was never list on any exchanges so i presume the price valuation of SMARC token have to stay exactly the same than when i bought them in their ICO.

I feel like getting rip off and if i have no answer from them i will get a lawyer and sue them.

It looks like they are defrauding us. There is a support group in telegram (SMARC Holders Association https://t.me/smarcholdersassociation) and this was recently posted by a member:

Honestly not clear where this will go but I can’t stay without doing anything while they clearly don’t give a fuck about the money raised through ICO

Clearly an attempt to grab some easy free money. We also contacted the VC funds that have invested in them and they are not aware of any ICO funding / share of profit - at least nothing in the paper signed

The legal entity that raised the ICO is locked away from the “real” company developing the smart containers btw

So my 2 cents ... go after them

Start spamming their office / LinkedIn / etc

You WON’t get your money back just waiting and they WON’t do anything else relative to our tokens

Still wondering why the communication of Smart container is so bad with their ico investors and token holders. Could you elaborate what's the plan for SMARC token ? When can we expect dividends with it ? Also for Logi chain as this project is clearly going nowhere maybe it's time to think about refunding everyone ?
