I installed the newest Monero GUI 0.18.3.1. I used a simple mode to connect to my wallet and sent the transaction but it is stuck in pending with 0 confirmations. There is also a message "Syncing..." although it is written Demon blocks remaining is 0. Can someone help what to do?

Case: Over time I got like 50 outputs all sent to the same sub address. I know using a new sub address every transaction would have been better for privacy and would have prevented this problem, but as its all from the same person, practically lead the way. Tried to keep the outputs apart but this is becoming increasingly cumbersome as the amounts decrease. I want to bundle all to 1 output so I can do transactions easily without having to turn to trigonometry.

Questions: Would it help if I churn all outputs individually once before combining them? Or is this completely useless considering the 50 outputs being bundles all have a the same matching sub address as probability on chain?

If I just churn the new bundled single output a handful of times the right way, would that make all the above irrelevant as the trail of the 50 outputs stopped after combining them?

Somewhat of a side question. I noticed when churning Feather wallet always sweeps to the same main address. Wouldn't using the same main address create a pattern on chain over time? If I'd churn by manually sweeping to a new sub address every time, wouldn't that be better for privacy? Or would that only make the privacy situation worse? And if so, why? as then I'm clearly misunderstanding something.
