Where does Universa sit with respect to current Russian regulations?

Modus Operandi, how apps for enterprises work in Universa: money and effort are poured into creating bombastic titles. Now reinforced with a large amount of media, even that of the secondary influence, some company, and the civil union, all the sudden even more significant media pressured with mounting evidence might publish it. The reason I'm saying "might" is because Cointelegraph, for example, made an extensive report of suspicious activities from Universa.

Community gets bombarded with the amount of media and that's where hopium gets raised. Some of the large token holders that proved reliable to Universa would be told fantasy stories, showed pictures of the doors to some Ministry (yes, the publicly accessible area), or even the Russian presidentş office., coupled with mysterious hints to "connect the dots". At this point, the reliable followers share toxic materials received with more victims of the scam.

That's how you get no other demand than short-lived P&D bumps (otherwise demand would remain flat) with all those amazing "apps" on Universa being delivered to governments and organizations.
