Did not check the running fee for transactions and put it at 30sat/vbit. So it's been about 24 hours. Wondering what happens if it never gets confirmed because as of now bisq says I have a balance of zero but also my wallet has not received anything. Looking into accelerators but I am wondering what actually happens if it were to never get confirmed.

Right now the evil ordinal crowd is eating the blockchain and thinks that JPEG's are worth $50 each. I feel bad both for them and for us.

One thing I figured out is that if you are someone who uses BSQ you might not always save money.

The problem is that using BSQ adds 68 bytes of data to each transaction on the blockchain. You can multiply that by the fee charged at the bottom per byte.

For example let's say that you have this scenario.

BSQ Fee: ~=$0.38

BTC Fee: ~=$1.89

Difference of $1.51

100 satoshis per byte -> 6800 satoshis extra fee for using BSQ = ~= $3.00 -> Conclusion: use BTC for your fee.

25 satoshis per byte -> 1700 satoshis extra fee for using BSQ ~= $0.75 -> Conclusion: use BSQ for your fee.

Can anyone check my math and see that this is correct?

I would like to exclude, ignore or block certain users/peers I have traded with due to their unethical and inconsiderate behavior. I know that in the Settings tab I can place someone ́s onion address in the following section: Ignored peers [onion address:port]

How exactly do I add various addresses? Should they all be separated with commas, semicolons?

I can ́t find any webpage where this is explained and detailed thoroughly.

As an example, let ́s say I want to block this 3 onion address:

p3ham.......fcaud.onion:9999

p4ham.......pcaue.onion:9999

p54am.......teaud.onion:9999

How exactly do I add/separate them in the corresponding Ignored peers field?
