In their paid ad ACChain (Genevieve Leveille) made the following statement.
From January 2018 the business started formally restructuring which involved a new strategic direction and the standing down of senior members and a change of contracts for technical suppliers and teams.
A search of social media, Telegram and Twitter shows that ACChain at the time made no statement regarding this supposed restructure or departure of ALL the original team. On the contrary, from reading their telegram group it is clear that they frequently refer to the team being busy at work. So this "change" was intentionally covered up.

As reported ACChain management also share ownership with Puyin Coin which was investigated by the Police Department of Nanshan District, Shenzhen, for a scam garnering RMB 307,000,000, with around 3,000 victims. ($44M USD)

On March 28 this year, the police in Nanshan District launched a network for the suspected fund-raising fraud case of Puyin Block Chain Group Co., Ltd., and successfully arrested six suspects such as Pan Moudong and Xiong Molong. At present, the police are pursuing other criminal suspects and recovering the money, to maximize the loss for the victims. The police also urged other suspects who were at large to surrender and surrender as soon as possible.

As the link an image above show, on 19th Feb 2018, in the middle of the Chain police investigation, a new company named ACCHAIN TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL SERVICES LIMITED was set up in the tax haven of Jersey.
Jersey, a small UK Island near the coast of Normandy, France with a population of 100,000 is hardly a location for a technology services company when the original development of ACChain was all done in China where resources are much cheaper.
ACChain have been unwilling to comment on this, any questions asked in the Telegram are deleted and the user blocked.
