Through mining, only 21M of BTC coins will be released into circulation by the Bitcoin protocol. BTC coins are digitally scarce. However, this feature is not unique to Bitcoin. Creating digital scarcity is an easy concept to copy. Through staking, Cardano will release only 45B of ADA coins into circulation. Also, ADA coins are digitally scarce. What about tokens and NFTs? In this article, we will explain what digital scarcity is and what it depends on.

Hey everyone,

I hope you are all well, the reason for this post is because ive been out of the scene recently and i was active in the beginning also when NFTs were starting to be minted on-chain.

I wanted to ask what the value of pre-smart contract NFTs could possibly be and how would one go about determining the price

I have a hypothetical question regarding sort of recovery:

I am using Daedalus wallet. Let's say my PC crashed and I no longer have the 24 words recovery key. But I do have the Ledger device and a copy of this folder: C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Daedalus Mainnet\

Can I reinstall Daedalus on another pc. Do a full sync and then copy the Daedalus Mainnet folder excluding the chain folder? Or do I only need to copy the wallet folder inside that folder? Or is that not working at all?
