I used the in app customer service portal and they respond only to ghost me and not get back to me. It’s happened twice now. Idk if they’ll be able to help but at least let me know.

I tried to sign up yesterday but it said no to "my jurisdiction," the United States. Is there a legal work around? I really want to use conditional orders. I'm already on Kraken and Coinbase which are fine for purchasing but horrible for trading and setting a stop and and take profit at the same time. How do these major exchanges still not offer the necessary order types?!

I deposited some NEO to my crypto.com wallet. I did everything perfectly, I've read the transaction id on neotube and it says it's all gone through. I have deposited neo to this address just a few days prior successfully.

But my account has yet to be credited with the wallet.

Has anyone else experienced this? I've tried contacting support.

Hello. I am located in Canada and added funds to my Crypto.com account to buy CRO, but I want to transfer the fiat to Exchange first because the spreads on Exchange are much better.

How do I transfer my fiat CAD to Exchange so I can buy CRO directly from Exchange?

Canada doesn’t support depositing fiat into Exchange, so I think I have to go down this route.

I’m having an issue trying to stake eth. Today I transferred eth from the exchange to the defi app and am trying to stake on chain.

Whenever I try to stake it says there’s a network error. “Network error - oops, something went wrong. Please try again later.”

Is there some sort of waiting period after transferring eth to the defi wallet in order to stake? It seems like cro and cosmos staking works so I’m not sure what the issue is.

Anyone else having trouble with this?

Where does this +55% apr suddenly come from? I find that the staking info gives saddening amounts of info regarding where the stake goes and what you get in return. Is this eth back for eth or wrapped into something else? How to analyse this decently to take the right decisions?

Sup bois, I got about 10k CRO and lodged everything into Crypto Earn cuz I'm in it for 5yrs+ HODL and thought Id just make small profits with it. Why not?

Just wondering which of the two passive earning options would bring me more lambo, Earn with 2% p.a.? Or Supercharger for BTC?
