Particl is a privacy focused, crypto agonistic blockchain platform. They aim at offering the same quality of the services currently available online, but with more security, anonymity, and near-zero fees.

Privacy levels can be adjusted to "public", "blind" or "anonymous". More private transactions require more transaction sizes, and, thus, the transaction fee will tend to be higher. It's built from the Bitcoin codebase to allow the same level of stability and security.
Its Proof-of-Stake consensus allows "cold staking", that is, users can lock tokens from an offline node, such as hardware wallet, on behalf of an online dedicated node with no coins. It also makes Partcl staking "quantum resistant", as the "real" staking node is not broadcasted to the network.
