Angel Token is an ERC20 Ethereum token run by The Angel Token Crypto Foundation. We are using the ICO funds to invest in small-cap altcoins, as well as assist these smaller altcoins with marketing and development of their coins. One important thing to note is that Angel Token is a refundable ICO and ICO investors can get a refund in ETH in the first 150 days after the ICO (which ended in December 19th). We believe this puts the power into the hands of the investors who can test our abilities and results before committing 100% of the funds. We have just passed one major refund period this past week with very little refunds (basically the community, although small right now, is very strong).
We have also just invested privately into Unitus (UIS) through a private deal with their developers and main stakeholders. We are also in discussions with one other coin that we believe we can assist in growing in market cap and exposure.
