Is anyone else having troubles in Bitmart? It's asking me to verify my identification but when trying to add my country the US isn't even an option. Any thoughts? Also, is anyone else having issues with making a withdrawal? And lastly how do withdrawal on a suspended share? Thank you to anyone with assistance
Announcement on Delisting TAO(Fusotao Protocol) and rename it to TAO_Delist
Dear BitMart Users,
BitMart will pause related functions for TAO_Delist(Fusotao Protocol) token and suspend the deposit and trade features of TAO_Delist. Users should cancel their orders of the affected digital assets from our platform. If your order is not canceled in time, the order will be canceled by the system and your assets will be credited to your trading account.
Trading pairs to be delisted:
TAO_Delist/USDT.
For users who are holding the affected assets, please withdraw them to other platforms or to your wallet as soon as possible. The withdrawal of these assets will be closed at 6:00 PM on Decemer 15, 2024 (UTC). After that, we will no longer support any mainnet swap and mapping of these assets.
Note: Not withdrawing related tokens timely may result in assets loss. BitMart will not be responsible for any assets loss caused by doing so.
My limit order was processed for a particular crypto. Now that I'm trying to sell it, Bitmart keeps saying that the crypto isn't available in my region? That is not right! What can I do to selly holding?
