Content Neutrality platform is composed of 6 modules i.e. Content production, Content Circulation, Recommendation (popularity scores, decentralized updates of content), Contribution Based Revenue Share (sharing revenue with all parties), Incentive Program (for network participants keeping the network alive) and Reward Mechanism (real time, peer to peer). The Content Neutrality platform has formed a partnership with NewsDog, India's big content platform.

Content Neutrality platform is developed by D-Run foundation which is dedicated to this project. D-Run foundation is an independent and non-profit organization that promotes the transparent, democratic, reliable and healthy development of CNN platform. The team working on the project consist of 9 members and 8 advisors.
