Gifto is virtual gifting decentralized blockchain platform that uses smart contracts. The platform allows users to create and exchange virtual gifts using GIFTO tokens. The platform aims to create long lasting and meaningful relationships between and among individuals. It will achieve this through giving incentives and monetizing content generation. Content creators can now avoid annoying ads to ask for donations and gifts by creating links to receive GTO tokens that can be converted to GIFTOShow more [+] tokens and sold in various exchanges. Fans and artists on the other hand can earn as gift curators.

GTO is an erc20 token that will act as a currency on this platform. As of the moment, the token can be held in hardware wallets that support erc20 tokens. GIFTO wallet can only hold GIFTO tokens and is accessible on uplive, a live video platform in which 25 million gifts are sent through every month. As of the moment, there is no functionality on the GIFTO wallet allowing direct conversion of the tokens to fiat.

The token's ICO ended on December 2017 and raised $10 million. Only 30% of the available tokens were issued for the token sale.
