Please note that the airdrop process is not simple in the slightest. We are essentially transferring balances from one blockchain to the next at a certain point, 'mirroring' it if you will. The process for testing this was tremendously thorough and everything was perfect. We've been trying to emulate the very small amount of user difficulties since they were reported and are still going through these. We will certainly get to the bottom of the problems, and it's very possible that they are borne by way of the end user and not the process. Please bare in mind that the smart contract we programmed was audited by a reputable source and we will be publishing this. Also know that the small number of users affected by this will be made whole and will receive 100% of the GFN they are entitled too.
