The fusion blockchain will be based on Hierarchical Hybrid Consensus Mechanism (HHCM) which will use both "Proof of Work" and "Proof of Stake" protocols, thus avoids the centralized trend of computing power and achieves a stable energy efficiency ratio.

Fusion was founded by Dejun Qian, founder of BitSE, creator of QTUM and founder of Kernel blockchain technologies at VeChain. He is acting as CEO at Fusion.
