Cortex is a software built on top of Ethereum's blockchain, which provides machine learning functionality to smart contracts and decentralized applications. Cortex is an open source project, launched by a team of developers originally from China. Cortex also has its token CTXC which is an Ethereum ERC20 token; ICO was complete during February-March 2018.

Second is by cryptocurrency traders, who use Cortex in their smart contracts for creating automated cryptocurrency trading systems.
