Being an ICO vendor requires continuous efforts in marketing and a clear communication on market positioning. Also a desktop app should be on the agenda. Since making financial decisions is hardly something you'd expect ppl to do with a few clicks on their iPhone. And if you are going to say that ppl can just read up on their computer screen and other sources first and only use the Zilla app to purchase, then you are missing the point of how a platform becomes users daily familarity. It is thru providing all kinds of conveniencies thus becoming go-to place of (crypto) users everyday life. As a platform, the aim should be to get ppl to spend as much time at the platform as possible, and not just the few seconds it takes to click the buy button. Cos that way you cant really forge a relationship with the target crowd.
