Yoyow (YOYOW) was initially released as an ERC-20 token on the Ethereum blockchain but with the launch of Yoyow mainnet on September 6th the tokens are in the process of swapping to the mainnet. Yoyow is a blockchain based value network aimed to be the Facebook and Twitter of this space. Yoyow has been developed to establish a more rational content-generated value distribution platform which incentivizes the content producers using Proof of Taste content rating algorithm. Yoyow uses delegated proof of stake as consensus protocol on the blockchain. There are three kinds of witnesses (nodes) in the Yoyow blockchain i.e. Top Witness (reward 0.3 per block), Miner witnesses (Reward 0.3 Per block) and elected Witness( reward 0.5 per block). The witnesses in Yoyow ecosystems are token holders, core team and community developers.

Yoyow was founded by Qiang Liu, the present CEO. Xiao Shan is the chief technical officer at Yoyow. There are 4 developers working on this project.
